Sandro Quattrocchi PMP® - Managing Director & Principal Facilitator
Sandro has gained extensive experience in the Project Management during the past 24 years. A certified Project Manager Professional – PMP®, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer – MCSE and qualified Training Assessor, he brings an extensive range of skills and experience into the business.
Sandro has a thorough knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), which includes Project Management Knowledge Areas, Tools and Techniques for Project Managers and Project Teams.

Sipho Mdletshe – Member and Facilitator
Sipho has spent the past 14 years working in Disabled and Quadriplegic organisations. During this period he furthered the cause for disabled people and facilitated and trained them. His achievements during this period have been as follows:
- Formed 87 Self Help Group of disabled people.
- Co-founder member of UKUSA group.
- Co-founder member of Enterprise Development Programme (EDP)
- Position one in Lifelong Learning awards in South Africa on special learners.
- Position one in Disabled Employee Awards in KZN in 2001.
- A former member of Disability rights Awareness Group (DRAG) at Empangeni.
- A co-founder member of Sukuma Project for accessible transport in Durban.
- Support government on developing Integrated National Disability Strategy Document. Sipho is affiliated and involved in the following Associations and Organizations:
- Chairperson of KwaZulu Natal Group of disabled people in KZN.
- National Environmental Accessibility Programme.
